Conditions for joining our community

To guarantee a safe, respectful, and high-quality experience for both travelers and the platform, every host must comply with the following requirements.

Comply with local laws

The host is required to:

  • Have all permits or licenses required to legally rent their space according to local regulations.
  • Comply with local tax legislation by declaring income earned through the platform and paying corresponding taxes.
We do not accept properties operating outside the legal framework.

Be prepared to host guests

The host must:

  • Ensure the space is clean, safe, and matches the conditions described in the listing.
  • Be available on agreed dates and respond to requests promptly.
  • Not cancel confirmed reservations without a justified force majeure reason.

Be respectful and kind

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Rudeness, mistreatment, or discrimination toward guests.
  • Aggressive or hostile behavior that may negatively affect the traveler's experience.
We expect our hosts to be friendly, empathetic, and open-minded. This helps protect the platform's reputation and encourages travelers to return.

Respect the cultural program and accommodation conditions

The host agrees to:

  • Provide exactly the cultural program described in the listing.
  • Respect all published accommodation conditions, including guest limits, included services, schedules, and house rules.

No drug use

During the guest's stay, the host may not consume or be under the influence of illegal drugs.

Any violation will result in immediate removal from the platform.

Being a host is both a privilege and a responsibility. Following these rules helps us build a trustworthy, safe, and respectful community together. Serious violations may result in permanent account suspension.
