Your peace of mind is our priority

We have designed a clear conflict resolution system and continuous assistance for hosts and travelers.

Dispute Resolution

In the unlikely event of a disagreement between host and guest, we will do everything possible to find a fair solution.

  • First, dialogue. We encourage you to resolve any differences directly with the guest through open and respectful communication.
  • If there is no agreement, the platform intervenes. When the parties cannot reach an understanding on their own, all disputes are resolved through our platform with the mediation of our support team.
  • Clear conditions. The exact procedure for handling claims, deadlines, required documentation, and possible compensation is detailed in our Terms of Service policy.
We do not recommend or support parallel agreements outside the platform, as this makes it difficult to protect both parties.

Host Support

In addition to dispute resolution, we offer:

  • Email and chat support for questions about bookings, payments, or managing your listing.
  • Guidance on complying with legal and tax requirements in your area.
  • Help with professional photo and video recording if requested.

Trust and Transparency

We act as a neutral guarantor. Payments are securely held until the stay is completed successfully.

This protects both the host and the traveler.

On our platform, you are not alone. We believe in mutual agreement, but if that is not possible, we have clear rules and a team ready to help you.
